New International Student Orientation
New international first-year, transfer, and graduate students are required to attend the International Student Orientation.
During orientation, you will learn how to:
- Maintain valid immigration status while studying in the U.S.
- Access F-1 student benefits
- Adapt to American culture and university expectations
- Learn about campus services and resources
- Get involved on campus with student organizations, such as the International Student Association.
- ALL New International Students must attend orientation in person for Fall 2026
- International Student Orientation will be an all day event. Lunch will be provided.

International Student Welcome Event- Scavenger Hunt Around MD传媒入口 Campus
Get to know the campus on this group Scavenger Hunt! This event will offer you tangible knowledge of key campus locations, a free lunch鈥 and the opportunities to meet and interact with current and new international students.

International Student Safety & Title IX Webinar (Mandatory for ALL new students) - Online
Learn how to stay safe at the Beach, and more important information to make your experience at MD传媒入口 as enjoyable as possible. This meeting is required for ALL new students and is being held on Zoom.
