MD´«Ã½Èë¿Ú Dean Sees Possible Expansion of Social Worker Seats with Additional Funding

Monica Lounsbery, dean of the College of Health and Human Services at MD´«Ã½Èë¿Ú, spoke with the about $2.8 million in funding for the Long Beach K-16 educational collaborative. The new funding will help Long Beach students from kindergarten through college pick majors and help increase graduation success rates. As a result of the funding, CHHS may be able to increase the number of students in their social worker program by 30.
