Anthony Regina is a District Representative for Lena Gonzalez, serving communities across Southeast Los Angeles. Prior to his current role, Anthony worked for the City of Long Beach, serving as a Legislative Aide and Legislative Scheduler in the Office of Councilmember Dr. Joni Ricks-Oddie, where he gained hands-on experience in local government operations, constituent services, and legislative research. He previously interned with the City Manager’s Government Affairs Department and the Office of Assemblymember Josh Lowenthal. Anthony is a proud graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where he earned a degree in Political Science and History with a Certificate in Legal Studies. As a student, he served as the Chief Government Relations Officer for Associated Students, Inc., advocating for students at the local, state, and federal levels and leading civic engagement initiatives. He is passionate about helping others explore pathways into public service, policy, and government careers.
